Ingredientes
3 whole eggs
2 cups wheat flour (tea)
1 tablespoon chemical yeast
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 lemon gelatin
200 ml of hot water
100 ml of ice water
100 ml of oil
Modo de preparo
- Add the eggs and sugar to a bowl and mix well.
Add the oil, mix again and set aside. - In a separate container, place the gelatine, hot water and mix until dissolved.
Add the ice water and mix some more. - Transfer the gelatin to the container with beaten eggs and mix well.
Add the wheat flour little by little while gently mixing the ingredients. - Add the baking soda and mix until the dough is uniform.
Then transfer the mixture to a greased shape with butter or margarine. - Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 240º₢ for about 45 minutes, wait for it to cool before taking it out of the mold and the cake is ready to eat.
