White Wine Sangria / Clericot (Christmas Recipe)
White wine sangria, or clericot, is a delicious drink to serve during the holiday season, especially in Brazil, where Christmas falls in summer!

Ingredients
- •Juice of 1 lime
- •Juice of 1 Pera orange
- •750 ml chilled dry white wine
- •24 frozen seedless green grapes
- •1 can of chilled Sprite or another lemon-lime soda
- •1 Pera orange, cut into wedges, for garnish
Instructions

Add the frozen grapes and the orange, cut into rounds, to a pitcher (reserve a few rounds for garnishing at the end).

Add the orange juice, lime juice and dry white wine to the pitcher.

Finish by adding the chilled Sprite or lemon-lime soda and stir gently to combine.

Garnish the serving glasses with orange wedges if desired, and the sangria is ready to serve.
