Toddy Brownies
Make delicious Toddy brownies for dessert!

Ingredients
- •1 cup plain flour (not self-raising)
- •2½ cups Toddy chocolate drink powder
- •4 eggs
- •½ cup oil
- •½ cup sugar (optional)
Instructions

Sift the flour and Toddy into a bowl, mix and set aside.

Using an electric mixer or blender, beat the eggs, oil and sugar for 1 minute.

Add the flour and Toddy mixture and beat for another 2 minutes with an electric mixer or by hand.

Pour the batter into a baking pan greased with butter or margarine and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes, depending on your oven.
