Potato and Calabresa Sausage Bites

- •2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- •400 grams calabresa sausage, ground and pan-fried
- •1 1/2 tablespoons cream cheese
- •1 large egg
- •1 tablespoon flour of your choice
- •1 tablespoon chopped parsley and spring onions

Place the ground, pan-fried calabresa sausage, egg, cream cheese, and boiled, mashed potatoes in a bowl.

Mix well, add the chopped parsley and spring onions, and mix again.

Add the flour of your choice and mix until the mixture is smooth and firm enough to shape.

Shape the bites however you like and arrange them side by side on a baking sheet.

Bake the potato and calabresa sausage bites for about 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C, then serve.
