No-Cook Lime Icebox Cake Without Gelatin
This no-cook lime icebox cake without gelatin is easy and simple to make!

Ingredients
- •1 carton sweetened condensed milk
- •1 carton cream (for the lime cream)
- •100 ml fresh lime juice
- •90 grams semisweet chocolate
- •1/2 carton cream for the ganache
- •Plain cookies

Combine the sweetened condensed milk, cream and lime juice in a bowl and stir for one minute or until creamy.

Set aside.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with half a carton of cream in the microwave, then refrigerate to cool quickly.

To assemble the cake, alternate layers of lime cream and cookies dipped in milk.

Finish with the ganache.
