Lime Icebox Cake

Ingredients
- •300 grams of cornstarch biscuits (or any biscuits of your choice)
- •100 ml of milk
- •210 ml of lime juice
- •2 cartons of sweetened condensed milk
- •3 cartons of cream
Instructions

Add the sweetened condensed milk and cream to a blender and blend well.

Add the lime juice and blend for another 2 minutes, until creamy.

Spread a little of the cream mixture over the bottom of a serving dish, then add a layer of biscuits dipped in milk.

Repeat to make the remaining layers, finishing with the cream mixture.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Finish with lime zest to taste, and your lime icebox cake is ready to serve.
