Heavenly Dessert

Ingredients
- •4 eggs
- •2 small cartons of sweetened condensed milk
- •1 cup milk – 240 ml
- •1 small bottle of coconut milk
- •1 tablespoon cornstarch
- •100 g shredded coconut
- •Cup measure: 240 ml
Instructions

Place the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, milk, coconut milk and cornstarch in a blender.

Blend for 3 minutes.

Once blended, add the shredded coconut and stir with a spatula.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C.

Grease a baking dish with margarine only, pour in all the mixture and bake for 50 minutes.

Once baked, let cool, then enjoy.
