- •2 cartons of cream
Instructions

Place one packet of gelatin dessert mix in a bowl, add 240 ml of hot water, and stir well until dissolved.

Add one carton of cream and mix well. Pour into a ring mold greased with oil and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Place the other packet of gelatin dessert mix in a bowl with 240 ml of hot water and stir until dissolved.

Add the other carton of cream and stir until smooth.

Pour over the set gelatin layer in the mold, cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Unmold the dessert onto a plate or serving platter of your choice. It is now ready to serve.
