Fluffy Orange Cake
Make a fluffy orange cake for breakfast or an afternoon snack.

Ingredients
- •3 oranges, seeds and white pith removed
- •2 cups all-purpose flour
- •2 eggs
- •3/4 oil
- •1 1/2 sugar
- •1 small pinch of salt
- •1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions

Blend the eggs, oranges and oil in a blender for approximately 3 minutes.

Transfer to a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.

Bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out completely clean.
