Chocolate with Mixed Nuts

   Chop the semisweet compound chocolate into small pieces and melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals or in a double boiler on the stovetop.

   Add most of the nuts to the melted chocolate, reserving some for topping. Stir until the nuts are coated in chocolate.

   Spoon portions of the chocolate mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper or greased with butter. Top with the reserved nuts.

   Refrigerate the chocolates until fully set and firm.

   Once firm, remove the chocolates from the tray. They are ready to serve.
