Avocado and Lime Cream

Ingredients
- •1 avocado (350g flesh)
- •90 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- •1 carton cream (200g)
- •1 carton sweetened condensed milk (395g)
- •Lime zest to garnish

Add the chopped avocado flesh, lime juice, cream and sweetened condensed milk to a blender and blend until smooth.

Transfer to a container or individual dessert glasses, refrigerate for 4 hours, then garnish with lime zest and serve.
